MEGADUCT brand busway had been established in Malaysia since 1992

We are one of the leading busduct designer and manufacturer in Asia Pacific, we have now expanded our operations to over 20 countries worldwide. Our factory is located in Kuala Lumpur and through our relentless and continuous product research and development MEGADUCT is able to provide uniquely design and highly reliable products, with our “fluidized bed process” our Epoxy insulation is rated at Class H 180 degree Celsius. This is achieved by adopting sophisticated thermodynamic design applications and quality manufacturing process to deliver high performance products to our customer.

Our MEGADUCT busduct are fully type-tested by independent testing authority , KEMA/DERKRA to meet international standards and verified by all the test requirements as per IEC61439-6 clauses. Our fire resistant busduct are also been tested complying to BS6387 and IEC60331.

Today, MEGADUCT has been in the Singapore market since 2007 and with the leadership of the experience Directors we had successfully completed numerous projects which includes our MRT, Changi Prison Gardens By The Bay.

We provide one stop design, delivery and site execution services which includes:

  • Busduct routing design and voltage drop calculation
  • Busduct shop drawings
  • Site survey and coordination with main contractors and electrical contractors
  • Site meeting with main contractors and electrical contractors
  • Torque check on final installation of busduct joints
  • Factory acceptance test (FAT) if required to be conducted in Kuala Lumpur
